I personally had a habit back in the day of charging it to meetings, knowing what I knew, saying it out loud, and actually not making any progress.
Just hearing my own voice. And so for those inclusive meetings around saying we don't just want to hire for cognitive diversity, we want to give those constantly diverse people and inclusive environment where they feel comfortable to speak up, where they feel comfortable to disagree.
It's really been through love of what I believe in. I think that passionate people say that you know, I don't go into highly technical talks very often, but you will often find me at our own Amazon summits talking about diversity and inclusion because I do think it's so important and the more people that are talking about it, you know, the more that we're actually going to put it on to companies' agendas and something intentional about it.
It's a more disruptive business but just to create a disruptive life. It's really about becoming a warrior gatekeeper of your mind to really catch all the negative thoughts before they enter your mind and then into your soul
And to really, once you start cashing all of your negative thoughts, you can start sort of like letting them bounce off of the warrior gatekeeper of your mind and then it creates room for all of the other things you actually want to do with your life.
